Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences.
• Take full accountability for the store’s commercial performance, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
• Manage all aspects of store operations including stock, compliance, and operational standards.
• Drive and maintain world-class visual merchandising standards that reflect the premium nature of the brand.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team who share your passion for beauty and excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally in retail or hospitality.
• A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and delivering results.
• Confident leader with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
