Store Manager
As Store Manager, you will lead your team with confidence and purpose, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable and meaningful shopping experience. You will take full ownership of daily store operations-driving performance, fostering effective teamwork, and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service.
As the face of the brand in Limerick, you’ll create a positive, collaborative culture built on trust, open communication, and continuous development. You will recruit, inspire, and retain a diverse and talented team, coaching each member to stay engaged and reach their full potential. With strong leadership and a hands-on approach, you’ll ensure the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences.
- Take full accountability for the store’s commercial performance, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Manage all aspects of store operations including stock, compliance, and operational standards.
- Drive and maintain world-class visual merchandising standards that reflect the premium nature of the brand.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team who share your passion for beauty and excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally in retail or hospitality.
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and delivering results.
- Confident leader with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
