Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced and dynamic Convenience Store Manager to lead our client’s team in Meath. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering a top-notch shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary guidelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Implement marketing and merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the store’s visual appeal#

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the retail or convenience store industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles
