Store Manager – Non Food & Grocery

Our client, a family-owned retail chain known for their selection of DIY, Homeware and Garden products are seeking a sales passionate high volume Store Manager to join their new store in Tullamore, Offaly.

I am looking to speak with KPI driven Store Managers who have experience managing large volumes of stock and teams within grocery or non-food.

If you have a love for retail, team development and are extremely commercial then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities of this Store Manager job include the following:

• Running the general day to day operations of the store including team management and driving high sales and KPI’s.
• Maximise sales through excellent product placement and store merchandising standards.
• To motivate, coach and mentor and drive a strong sales team in achieving set targets.
• Develop a store people plan in conjunction with your Area Manager, including succession plans, development plans and recruitment plans.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Experience required for this Store Manager job:

• 3+ years of retail store management experience.
• Experience in managing within a fast-paced retail environment in volume grocery, fashion, or non-food retail.
• A proven track record of driving sales and KPI’s across teams of 10-15+.
• Excellent people leadership skill.
• KPI driven.
• Interest in product management and merchandising along with strong commercial skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours and be flexible throughout the week.
