Store Manager – Cavan

Excel Recruitment is on the look-out for a Store Manager for our famous grocery retail client based in Cavan.

Our client is well-regarded and known for their high standard of food service and food quality. They have a history of reaching KPIs and love food passionate individuals.

The ideal candidate is an individual with previous Store Manager experience and can manage and delegate tasks to a team. They must love working in a fast-paced environment and excel in customer service.

Salary: €45k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Achieve KPI targets
• Monitor stock and waste management
• Ensure compliance with company policy
• Task delegation to staff
• Provide exceptional standard of customer service
• Motivate team

Requirements:

• Previous store management experience desirable
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Great communication skills
