Store Manager – Tipperary

Are you an experienced Store Manager?

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for our grocery retail client based in Tipperary.

Our client is progressive grocery retailer and has a high standard of food service excellence. They love team players. Our client is KPI, and sales focused and is a main competitor in the Irish market.

The ideal candidate is an individual with store management experience, ability to maintain high standards and can lead a team. They must also communicate and delegate in a clear precise manner to their team to ensure quality of work.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of €45k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage a large team of staff
• Monitor store standards and ensure quality of service
• Training and development of team members
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with HACCP & Food safety
• Stock management and control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Prior store management experience is essential
• Knowledge of the food retail market
• Ability to lead & support team
• Enthusiastic mentality towards work
