Store Manager

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and sales-orientated Store Manager to join our client, Ireland’s largest selection of sports and outdoor activity gear and accessories. This role is based in their high-profile store in South Dublin.

The successful candidate will be joining an Irish-owned retailer who showcases some of the world’s most popular outdoor activity sports brands.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Store Manager to build their retail career within a busy and customer-orientated retail environment.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen
• Analyse store budgets and targets and review and manage any areas of concern
• Inspire, lead and motivate your team
• Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service
• Deliver exemplary standards in-store presentation, stock control & administration compliance
• Recruitment and development of staff
• Liaise with purchasing and marketing department to ensure brand standard campaigns are reflected and accurately maintained

Skills and experience required for this job:

• Previous retail management experience in either fashion or sports retailing
• Knowledge/interest in outdoor sports and activities is an advantage
• Proven track record in driving sales and customer service
• Experience in achieving set and agreed KPI’s
• Strong visual and commercial experience

Salary package:

• €38-40K DOE
• Bonus
