Requirements of the Spa Therapist

• Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification
• Previous experience in a busy spa environment
• Strong knowledge of face and body treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional, reliable and positive approach to work
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Responsibilities of the Spa Therapist

• Deliver a full range of face and body treatments to a high standard
• Carry out thorough consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products
• Maintain treatment rooms to an excellent standard of hygiene and presentation
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests
• Promote and actively sell retail products
• Work closely with the wider spa and hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience
