Responsibilities of the Sous Chef position include:

• Prepare and serve dishes of the highest quality alongside the Head Chef.
• Work well with others within a leadership role as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
• Being Conscientious in regards to minimising waste.

Requirements of the Sous Chef position include:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a Hotels.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
• Full knowledge of HACCP (although we can provide full training)
• Good standard and comprehension of English
• Full working rights in Ireland
