Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 + Strong Commission Structure

Excel Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading, design-led furniture and home interiors retailer to recruit a Senior Showroom Manager for their newly refurbished showroom in Dublin South West – D12

This is a standout opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader with a passion for interiors, people development, and delivering an exceptional customer journey. You will take full ownership of a high-performing showroom, leading from the front to drive sales, elevate standards, and inspire your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
• Drive a consultative, high-value sales approach, maximising ATV and conversion
• Take full ownership of showroom performance, with a strong focus on commercial delivery
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and showroom standards in line with brand identity
• Manage stock, floor planning, and product presentation to optimise sales opportunities
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects a premium service ethos
• Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team
• Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee launches, promotions, and in-store events to enhance customer engagement

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years’ experience in a senior retail management role
• Background in furniture, home interiors, or premium retail is highly desirable
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strong commercial results
• Experience selling high-ticket items with a consultative approach
• Strong eye for visual merchandising and showroom presentation
• A natural leader with excellent communication and coaching skills
• Commercially astute, results-driven, and highly organised
• Passionate about interiors, design, and customer experience
