Due to the massive success seen within the business over the last several years, our client is now expanding the business and is excited to meet with butchers who are passionate about their trade.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior butcher to further develop and expand their portfolio with a company that offers excellent training programmes, and clear progression paths.

Who you are:

• Fully qualifies butcher, with experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and market-leading standards

Responsibilities:

• Working as a senior member of staff, and setting an example for the team in store
• Creating eye-catching visual displays
• Full compliance with HACCP guidelines and ensuring stock rotation is completed
• Always offering top-class customer service
