Sales Representative – FMCG

My client, who represent global leaders in food and non-food are looking for an FMCG Field Sales Representative to develop sales with stores across West Dublin, Kildare, Meath.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus experience in a similar FMCG role and come with a track record of smashing their sales targets.

I am looking for an energetic sales hungry self-starter who can maintain positive relationships with their stores and bring in new customers.

Package:

• Negotiable salary
• Bonus Schemes based on KPI’s.

Responsibilities for the job of FMCG Field Sales Representative:

• Follow a store call file and journey plan, maintaining good relationships with your stores.
• Achieve your KPI’s such as volume, promotional execution, and product distribution.
• Introduce new products and implement promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor and report competitor activities.

Requirements for the job of FMCG Field Sales Representative:

• 2+ years’ experience within a FMCG sales development role.
• Experience selling high quality brands in a competitive environment.
• Full clean driving license.
