Sales & Marketing Manager – Hospitality

I’m working on behalf of my client – a well-established hospitality property in Wicklow is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and guest engagement across all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong hospitality experience, a creative approach to marketing, and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.

You’ll be responsible for the full commercial strategy-covering sales, marketing, revenue management, and events. The property is known for hosting a wide variety of functions including weddings, corporate events, and live music nights, so experience in event-driven hospitality is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the annual sales & marketing strategy and budget.
• Lead digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, Google Ads, and online brand visibility.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives and team leadership.
• Represent the venue at trade shows, networking events, and client visits.
• Identify new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and events markets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners including PR, travel networks, and digital agencies.
• Oversee and support the sales, marketing, events, and revenue teams.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality sales & marketing-this is essential.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and event marketing.
• Proven success in running social media campaigns and managing Google Ads.
• Experience promoting and coordinating music or entertainment events is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Proactive and flexible approach with willingness to travel and host client visits.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Valid driving licence required.

Requirements:

• Hospitality Experience: 5+ years (required)
• Sales & Marketing Experience: 5+ years (required)
