Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Rigid Driver (Category C) for deliveries within Cork City and surrounding areas. This role involves safe, timely deliveries while providing a professional service to customers.

This is a Permanent, full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving a rigid vehicle (Category C) for local/regional deliveries

  • Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently

  • Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects

  • Ensuring deliveries are completed on time and accurately

  • Maintaining delivery paperwork and records

  • Adhering to road safety, transport, and company regulations

Requirements:

  • Full Category C (Rigid) driving licence

  • Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph card

  • Previous rigid driving experience preferred

  • Good knowledge of Cork City routes

  • Strong time management and customer service skills

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional
