Supervisor – Early Shift

Our client, a well-established and iconic Irish FMCG & Non-food retail chain is seeking to recruit a Supervisor for their store in Dublin. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic Key-holder/Supervisor/Team Leader looking to join a large company where substantial retail business management exposure and professional development are on offer.

This job offers an early shift pattern of 6.15 am to 2 pm (5 over 7 days).

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory fashion, grocery, or non-food experience coupled with the ability to display strong customer interaction experience.

As part of the store management team, you will be instrumental in achieving store KPIs, motivating and inspiring a large team of sales assistants, and ensuring all customers receive the ultimate experience.

Responsibilities of this job include:

• Drive sales, service, and KPIs throughout the store
• Manage, motivate and encourage a team of sales assistants
• Ensure excellent store standards are delivered at all times
• Drive promotions, bestsellers, and new arrivals
• Carry out regular stock takes to identify profit loss threats
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented
• Communicate targets and goals with the team

Skills and experience required for this job:

• Previous retail supervisory experience
• Ambitious and eager to learn
• People management and leadership capabilities
• Track record of promoting superior customer service
• Strong KPI experience
• Excellent communication skills

Salary package:

• Hourly rate negotiable
• 6.15am to 2pm daily
