Retail Store Manager

Our client, a dynamic and growing retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead their busy store in Drogheda, Co. Louth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful retailer committed to providing exceptional service, a wide range of products across multiple departments, and a shopping experience like no other.

As Store Manager, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams of 20+, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Salary is 40-45K depending on experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Customer Focus: Cultivate a customer-centric culture, ensuring every shopper receives an exceptional experience.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Sales & Profitability: Drive sales growth, analyse performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume retailer.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
