As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, overseeing the full operational and commercial performance of a high-turnover store with a team of 35+ staff. You’ll shape the strategy, drive performance, and champion a culture of excellence across every area of the business.

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years of store management experience in high-volume grocery or non-food retail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve outstanding results
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to analyze financial reports and metrics
• Strong people leadership experience
• Ability to drive sales and manage KPIs

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 35+ across all departments, fostering a high-performance culture
• Take full ownership of sales, stock control, and labour management
• Elevate the customer experience – ensuring consistency, service excellence, and brand alignment
• Implement and monitor operational excellence in line with company standards and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that maximise efficiency, profitability, and team engagement
• Be a brand ambassador – instilling pride, passion, and a sense of purpose in everything you do
