Retail Marketing Executive – Health & Beauty

My client who stocks all the major Beauty, Health and Wellness brands is a retail pharmacy chain with over 40 stores nationwide and a very strong online presence.

Salary is €35k-€40k, Hybrid, 22 days holidays increasing to 24, staff discount, pension contribution, free parking.

They are recruiting a Marketing Executive who has a genuine interest in this industry, someone who will thrive in a very fast paced busy head office environment.

You will assist with the launching of all campaigns and promotions across the stores and social media, working cross functionally with the Ecommerce team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 2 years’ experience in a busy marketing role
• Bubbly personality and lots of energy
• A real can-do attitude
• An excellent communicator for dealing with stores and colleagues
• Always looking to learn new things and take on additional tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• The ability to juggle and prioritise tasks
• Willing to go the extra mile during busy times of the year
• Willing to go the extra mile in order to meet key deadlines
• Willing to work hard in order to progress their career with a fantastic business

Responsibilities for the job of Retail Marketing Executive

• Marketing point of contact for all store requests and queries to be managed in an efficient and timely manner
• Management of incoming sponsorship and charity requests
• Assist and coordinate monthly point of sale and provide graphic design support
• Support promotional changeover each month
• Source images with suppliers for monthly point of sale and organise point of sale print allocations and distribution
• Marketing digital asset champion who will create and manage a marketing assets image bank
• Assist with all marketing and social media campaigns as requested by your Line Manager
• Assist marketing team with customer events and design support as required
• Coordinate all PO requests from suppliers including raising POs, recording on file and keeping up to date at all times. Liaise with accounts, finance & suppliers on invoice requests
• Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, management, suppliers and store colleagues
• Complete all tasks to the best of your ability and to the highest standards
