Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and product display, reflecting the Arboretum brand values.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Implement and monitor performance standards, ensuring a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Drive commercial results through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across garden, home, and lifestyle ranges, promoting cross-category sales.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a positive and motivated workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on promotions, seasonal events, and customer experience initiatives.
