Restaurant Manager – Award-Winning Hotel Restaurant

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an award-winning hotel restaurant known for its farm-to-fork concept and contemporary Irish cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a premium venue offering elegant indoor dining and a heated outdoor terrace for year-round service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
  • Oversee reservations and guest flow for optimal efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Desirable:
  • Hospitality management qualification.
  • Experience in high-end or award-winning venues.
