We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an award-winning hotel restaurant known for its farm-to-fork concept and contemporary Irish cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a premium venue offering elegant indoor dining and a heated outdoor terrace for year-round service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Oversee reservations and guest flow for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Desirable:
- Hospitality management qualification.
- Experience in high-end or award-winning venues.
