Responsibilities of a Cleaning Operative

• Executing comprehensive cleaning and sanitising tasks, ensuring they are met to a high standard
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and wiping down surfaces with precision
• Efficiently managing waste and recycling
• Ensuring restrooms are impeccably clean and well-stocked
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor

Requirements of a Cleaning Operative

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key
• Access to your own transport is highly desirable due to varying work locations
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks to the highest standard
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• A valid Manual Handling Certificate is essential
