Regional Manager
Regional Manager – Dublin
Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and inspire a group of Store Managers, delivering outstanding customer, colleague and commercial results. You will translate strategic direction into clear, locally relevant plans, balancing the need for national consistency with the freedom for stores to respond to their communities.
Building trust, confidence and capability across your region will be key to driving high performance, sustainable growth and successful change. This is a leadership role for someone who can motivate teams, strengthen culture and deliver results through people.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire Store Managers to deliver outstanding customer, colleague and commercial performance across the region
- Champion a customer-first culture, using insight and data to drive decisions and enhance brand loyalty
- Translate business priorities into clear regional plans, ensuring strong execution and consistent standards
- Build high-performing teams by coaching, developing and managing performance with confidence
- Identify and grow talent, leading succession planning and developing future leaders
- Drive sales, profit and operational excellence while ensuring safety, compliance and policy adherence
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience leading leaders across multiple sites, with the ability to coach, influence and drive performance remotely
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a clear understanding of sales, cost and profit drivers
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage, influence and align teams at all levels
- Customer-focused mindset, using insight and feedback to shape decisions and improve experience
- Confident change leader, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn strategy into effective regional action
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence across multiple sites, ensuring consistent standards, compliance and efficiency
- Experience using data, systems and processes to monitor performance, reduce variability and optimise regional results
