Excel Recruitment, one of Ireland’s largest specialist recruitment agencies with a network of offices in Dublin, Naas, Cork, Galway & Belfast are actively recruiting for an experienced Temp Recruitment Consultant for our busy Dublin city centre office.

We’re growing our Industrial Recruitment Division and are looking for an ambitious, energetic consultant to take ownership of a hot desk supplying HGV Drivers and Warehouse Staf across our leading logistics and distribution clients.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Temp Division, you will:

• Manage and grow an established logistics temp desk
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Source, screen and place high-volume temporary staff
• Coordinate shift cover, rosters, and last-minute requirements
• Conduct client visits and on-site check-ins
• Manage compliance, payroll coordination and temp worker engagement
• Drive new business development within the logistics sector

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience (temp logistics/industrial preferred) preferably with experience recruiting hgv drivers
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work at pace
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with a hunger to grow your desk
• Full driver’s licence (preferred)
