Recruitment Consultant – Retail, Fashion & Non-Food Division

Location: Dublin City Centre

We are now expanding our Retail, Fashion, and Non-Food Division and are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves building relationships, and has a proven track record of success in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• As a key member of our Fashion & Non-Food Retail Division, you will:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to successful placement.
• Develop strong client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic recruitment partner.
• Source exceptional candidates through our extensive database, job boards, social media, and proactive networking.
• Write compelling job adverts and deliver outstanding candidate experiences.
• Drive business development by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with our wider team to share insights, best practices, and ensure continued success across divisions.

What We’re Looking For

• We are seeking a motivated and personable consultant who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role:
• 3-4 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within retail, supply chain, buying, or head office recruitment.
• A natural relationship-builder with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in retail and fashion.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms, databases, and social media for sourcing and networking.
• A team player who thrives in a supportive but fast-paced environment.
