Excel Recruitment Group is entering an ambitious phase of growth as we expand our Healthcare Division in preparation for significant expansion in 2026. As part of this strategic growth plan, we are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Healthcare team.
This is an exciting opportunity to build your own desk, develop long-term client partnerships, and play a key role in scaling a division with strong market presence and momentum.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Healthcare Division, you will:
• Build, manage, and grow your own desk of healthcare clients and candidates
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare providers
• Source, attract, and place high-quality healthcare professionals
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory and client requirements
• Deliver exceptional service standards to both clients and candidates
• Contribute positively to the wider team culture and divisional growth strategy
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is motivated by both financial reward and career progression.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (healthcare experience an advantage but not essential)
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• A proven track record of billing and desk growth
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to compliance detail
• A collaborative mindset with the drive to build something long term
