✨ What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent roles across logistics, warehousing, transport, engineering, and industrial operations.

• Build strong partnerships with new and existing clients, becoming their go-to expert for talent solutions.

• Source, engage, and interview top-tier candidates using a mix of sourcing tools, networking, and market insights.

• Provide a high-touch service to candidates, supporting them throughout their job search journey.

• Develop sector knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver value-driven insights.

• Work towards achievable targets with full support from a knowledgeable, collaborative team.

💼 What You Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong background in logistics/industrial operations with a passion for people.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive, goal-driven mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
