Recruitment Consultant – Grocery Industry

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to take the next step in their career within a supportive and successful team.

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €35k – €40k plus commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client brief to candidate placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the grocery and retail sectors
• Proactively source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates for grocery retail roles
• Match candidates with suitable opportunities and provide expert advice throughout the recruitment
• Process
• Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications through the recruitment database
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the grocery division

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong background in the grocery retail industry is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Ambitious, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for delivering results
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is an advantage
