Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a talented Production Chef to join our client’s team and contribute to their continued success.

As a Production Chef, you will play a crucial role in our client’s kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring that our production processes run smoothly. This is a daytime position, offering a fantastic work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail
• Follow standardised recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency
• Manage food inventory and ordering to minimise waste and ensure freshness
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work daytime hours
