Personal Assistant

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator for our client in Dublin 24. This person will support the senior leadership team and manage all administration duties within the office. This position would suit a highly organised candidate who has experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general administration duties in the office
  • Maintain CRM files and contact information
  • Assist with customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Provide PA support to Senior Management Team
  • Actively manage a calendar of appointments, itineraries and meeting agendas
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Third level degree is preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple project simultaneously
