Betting industry experience is not essential. We welcome all applicants from a customer service-focused retail or hospitality management setting.

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for every aspect of the shop’s operations – from team development and customer engagement to commercial performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver world-class customer service
• Drive the shop’s commercial performance to meet and exceed targets
• Manage shop operations including cash handling, rotas, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for both customers and staff
• Recruit, train and develop talent within your team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused managerial role
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for people development
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs and performance metrics
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to lead from the front
