Our client, one of Ireland’s leading furniture retailers, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team. If you’re a seasoned professional with a background in supply chain, purchasing and administration this is your chance to make a significant impact. Based in Cork city.

Responsibilities of this Office Manager:

  • Issuing and verifying all purchase orders and coordinating with sales staff regarding any questions.
  • Overseeing all incoming orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to obtain product information for internal stakeholders.
  • Updating the ERP system with lead time dates.
  • Providing support to schedulers and customers to ensure efficient dispatch.
  • Generating reports on supplier and dispatch performance.
  • Assisting the supply chain and purchasing departments.
  • Offering administrative support to the customer services department.
  • Supporting supply chain products

Experience required for this Office Manager:

  • Strong computer skills, with experience in an ERP system being a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Highly motivated and self-assured.
  • Flexibility in handling various duties.
  • Ability to follow through and complete tasks.
  • Dedication to excellence in the role.
