Excel Recruitment is currently hiring an Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Dublin 24.

This is a full-time permanent role, fully office based – 9 am-5 pm, offering a salary of €30k-€34k D.O.E


  • Provide PA support to the Sales Director & Commercial Director
  • Assist with the running of weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Managing client email queries & calls
  • Assisting with invoicing/document control
  • General admin duties


  • 3 years previous administration experience
  • Strong IT skills – word/outlook/excel.
  • Good communicator
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload once given guidance.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • Immediate availability
