In partnership with our client, one of Ireland’s leading private healthcare providers, we are currently accepting applications for the position of Occupational Therapist for a new transitional care facility in Dublin.

Our client promises a supportive and organised working environment working as part of a small but dedicated team with strong support and clinical oversight. This service provides short term transitional and care to patients from the Dublin hospital system through the HSE. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a unique and fast paced service with very competitive rates of pay on a full-time permanent contract.

Responsibilities of this Occupational Therapist job include:

· Deliver an effective and efficient Inpatient Occupational Therapy Service based on assessment of needs.

· Collaborate with patients, multidisciplinary team members, family, carers, and outside agencies, as required, ensuring co-ordinated intervention.

· Document all assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, reports, and discharge summaries in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational therapy department and professional standards
