Occupational Health Advisor

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor on a permanent full-time basis, working across the Greater Belfast area, with occasional cover across Lisburn, Ballymena, Cookstown and the Mid Ulster area along with home working.

Our client is a leading provider of Occupational Health services and associated health benefits to their many clients across the UK and Northern Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor with significant experience to work for an employee-focused organisation with clear development opportunities and a refreshing approach to how you will work.

Responsibilities:

  • With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request you’ll be part of an Occupational Health team providing world-class service to our client’s customers in both the public and private sectors.
  • You’ll carry out a wide and varied range of specialist Occupational Health activities and associated paperwork while being able to manage and organise your workload.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
  • Nursing qualification and NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Occupational Health skills that will include audiometry and spirometry, drug/alcohol testing, phlebotomy, new starter screenings and referrals and consultations (face to face and telephone)
  • Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills
