Monday to Friday Chef
I am looking for Monday to Friday Chef for various clients in different locations across the greater Dublin region. This type of work is ongoing full-time, and is ideal for those who are looking for a different style of work/life balance.

Requirements of the Monday to Friday Chef:

  • Good time management
  • Ability to operate within a busy kitchen environment
  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Initiative-taking, energetic, enthusiastic individual with a creative flair
  • HACCP & Manual Handling Required (Training can be provided)
  • Strong oral and written English

Responsibilities of the Monday to Friday Chef:

  • Stock control of food items in your section corresponding to requirements
  • Conform with food safety and temperature standards
  • Label all food products for food safety and shelf-life standards and monitor HACCP procedures
  • Preparing all food products to order in accordance with the request within a specified period
  • Prepare servings of meat, fish, and poultry
  • Prepare desserts and cakes when required
  • Keep the kitchen area smart, clean, and sanitary
