Monday to Friday Chef
I am looking for Monday to Friday Chef for various clients in different locations across the greater Dublin region. This type of work is ongoing full-time, and is ideal for those who are looking for a different style of work/life balance.
Requirements of the Monday to Friday Chef:
- Good time management
- Ability to operate within a busy kitchen environment
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
- Initiative-taking, energetic, enthusiastic individual with a creative flair
- HACCP & Manual Handling Required (Training can be provided)
- Strong oral and written English
Responsibilities of the Monday to Friday Chef:
- Stock control of food items in your section corresponding to requirements
- Conform with food safety and temperature standards
- Label all food products for food safety and shelf-life standards and monitor HACCP procedures
- Preparing all food products to order in accordance with the request within a specified period
- Prepare servings of meat, fish, and poultry
- Prepare desserts and cakes when required
- Keep the kitchen area smart, clean, and sanitary
