I have a really fantastic opportunity for a marketing manager to be part of a well-known Irish cosmetics brand based out of their Ashbourne Head Office (hybrid option).

This is a 9-month contract which may go permanent but is not guaranteed. The salary is up to €70K but must reflect experience.

Their range of beautiful products is sold online and in retailers nationwide, and with plans to expand its range even more and launch internationally, this is a very exciting time to come on board.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the business marketing strategy and a team of 4.

Responsibilities for the job of Marketing & Brand Manager

  • Developing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results by driving an insight-led approach to develop core target markets while generating new customer leads.
  • You will drive the development of the marketing strategy and activities across all digital platforms that drive sustainable and profitable customer acquisition and retention across the brand’s customer base.
  • Ensure that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, that brand positioning is reinforced, and that targeted audiences are effectively reached.
  • Communicating the vision and value of new products to the buying and sales team and assisting with developing tools that facilitate the selling process
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels, including internal, external, public relations, digital, social, and web.
  • acting as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions.
  • collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication, including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories.
  • collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans, including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.
  • Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with market developments and competitor strategies by researching competitor offerings and carrying out research data.
