Excel Recruitment is seeking experienced Kitchen Porters for a range of Hospitality and Catering roles across Limerick.

If you thrive in a busy kitchen environment, deliver outstanding customer service, or have hands-on experience with deli counters and tills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing friendly, efficient service at the deli counter

  • Operating tills and managing cash/card transactions accurately

  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food prep and service areas

  • Supporting food preparation and restocking throughout service

  • Working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, supportive team

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken English for effective customer and team communication

  • Previous experience with tills and in a deli or similar food service role

  • A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure during busy times

  • HACCP and Manual Handling certificates are essential (online training can be arranged)
