Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and food preparation areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and equipment to the highest hygiene standards.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed in line with health and safety regulations.
• Support the overall organisation of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Follow all site-specific SOP’s and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

• Up-to-date food safety and manual handling certificates (training can be facilitated)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, organised, and flexible with tasks and scheduling.
