Kitchen Porter

Are you looking for flexible, hands-on work in a busy kitchen environment? Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Kitchen Porters for a range of ongoing temporary positions across Dublin.

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll be working with a variety of teams in professional kitchen settings, supporting chefs and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment
• Assisting with basic food prep as required
• Ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times
• Disposing of rubbish and recycling appropriately

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a kitchen porter or similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Manual Handling and HACCP certification is essential (Excel Recruitment can provide training)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
