We are seeking someone who has experience cooking at a high-volume in a busy kitchen environment, who has a passion for food and is eager to join a food-oriented business.

Our client operates a wonderful business and put fresh food and food quality at the forefront of the business, and they seek a candidate who is passionate about food and can add value to the business.

There is an excellent salary package of up to €35k DOE on offer for the successful candidate

Responsibilities of this Chef position include:

• Controlling food items in your section according to specifications
• Keeping the kitchen area neat, clean, and sanitary
• Labelling all food items and following HACCP procedures
• Managing and minimising waste
• Upholding food safety and temperature standards

Requirements of this Chef position include:

• Experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• A professional, polite manner to lead by example for all staff
• An adaptable, flexible approach to high-pressure situations
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Production experience is desirable
