Excel Recruitment Galway is now recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef on behalf of our client, an award-winning 4-star hotel in Galway city. The ideal candidate will have experience in banqueting, and working the grill, & will be used to breaking down fish, meat & poultry.

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef:
- Ability to work well under pressure and make concise decisions.
- A minimum of 1 – 2 years Experience.
- Knowledge of food safety handling.
- Ability to focus attention on details.
- Ability to perform job functions using own initiative.
The successful candidate will have training and experience in a high-standard food prep and service environment.
