Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Generalist looking to take a step up to a Junior HRBP role for our marvellous client based in Wexford.

Salary: €40k to €45k DOE

Ideally, they are seeking an individual for this HRBP role that can fulfil the following responsibilities.

• Promote and foster engaging company culture
• Be involved with employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Have outstanding communication and organisation skills
• Can use HR systems
• Ability to train and develop employees
• Ensure compliance with HR policies
• Work in a fast-paced, busy environment

Requirements:

• HR qualification
• 3 years HR experience (as a HR Generalist)
• Good attitude and knowledge of retail industry
