Inside Sales Representative

My client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of products to DIY, Hardware, Builders Merchants and Construction is looking for a customer and sales focussed Executive to join their busy team in Ashbourne Meath.

Salary is €30k-€35k negotiable but must reflect experience, 10% Company Bonus and Pension Contribution.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will sell a full portfolio of products to existing and new customers through email, inbound and outbound calls.

You will liaise and work closely with the field sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and assist with closing deals.

As Sales Executive you will have a background in sales with excellent negotiation skills and fluent written and verbal English.

Key Responsibilities for the job of Internal Sales Representative

• Dealing with inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and social media
• Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements with customers
• Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Outbounding to prospective clients for new business leads
