Human Resources Manager

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a HR Manager to join our client’s business in South Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced office environment

Salary: €55k DOE

Our client, a large and well-established business are seeking a HR Manager who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience, and who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a dynamic candidate, who takes a hands-on approach and has a strong knowledge around current and impending employment legislation in Ireland

Responsibilities for the role of HR Manager:

• Report directly to the Managing Director of the company regularly regarding HR metrics and strategy
• Develop and refine HR procedures, policy, and strategy within the business to ensure best practice HR approach is in place
• Work closely with the Senior Management team, managers, and employees in regard to advice regarding various people related situations
• Be an integral part of the recruitment, selection, and training process to ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely manner
• Retain the core ethos of the business in all HR functions

Requirements for a HR Manager:

• Several years’ experience in a fast-paced HR environment as a HR Manager or Senior HR staff member
• A proven track record of successfully implementing a HR strategy and HR functions across all areas of the business
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate staff members
• Be extremely detail and goal orientated with the ability to influence change in the business
• A primary degree in a relevant discipline and an active CIPD member would be beneficial but not essential
