Human Resources Administrator

Excel Recruitment is seeking a HR Administrator to complete a 6 month contract in a busy office in Cork. This position would suit a candidate with a recent HR qualification along with strong administration experience who is available to start work straight away. This is a full time temporary position which will be office based.

Duties of this Human Resources Administrator:

  • Draft employee contracts and prepare new starter packs when required
  • Liaise with the Training Department to ensure all new hires are trained and inducted
  • Update hard and soft copy employee records
  • Provision of general administration support
  • Assist in the coordination of HR projects

Requirements of this Human Resources Administrator

  • Must have fluent English and a HR qualification
  • A second language like Russian or Romanian would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent attention to detail and two years’ experience in a busy office environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
