Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless service across all departments.
  • Lead and mentor department heads, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Maintain brand standards and SOP compliance across all areas.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and financial reporting.
  • Be available to respond to urgent operational issues and ensure smooth resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior leadership role in a 4-star or luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Commercially savvy with expertise in P&L management, revenue strategies, and cost control.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service.
