Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless service across all departments.
- Lead and mentor department heads, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Maintain brand standards and SOP compliance across all areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and exceed expectations.
- Monitor guest feedback and lead service recovery initiatives.
- Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and financial reporting.
- Be available to respond to urgent operational issues and ensure smooth resolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior leadership role in a 4-star or luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Commercially savvy with expertise in P&L management, revenue strategies, and cost control.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service.
