Excel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers on a permanent full-time basis with a salary up to £41,613 per year

The Client:

• Our client is the largest independent Irish provider of logistics, sales, and marketing services for domestic and international brands in Ireland and the UK. With over 35 years of experience and a workforce of more than 1,000 employees across multiple sites, the company boasts a turnover exceeding €300 million and is experiencing rapid growth.

The Job:

• Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults.
• Comply with Driver’s Hours, tachograph and transport regulations.
• Ensure loads are secure before each journey.
• Complete deliveries on time and within scheduled delivery windows.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and report any issues.
• Follow all customer site and health & safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every delivery point.

The Person:

• Full Clean CE licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• All CPC’s required and in date.
• Relevant experience in Ireland driving: – Articulated Trucks.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Must be flexible.
• Must be available to complete multidrop nationwide deliveries.
• Must work to deadlines.
• Manual handling cert.

For you:

• Salary up to £41,613 per year.
• Meal Allowance.
