Excel Healthcare are recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join their dynamic Healthcare Team.

This is a dynamic role which involves administration, reporting, compliance and some recruitment duties.

If you are a driven individual who is interested in a career within recruitment this is the ideal role for you.

Excel Healthcare have 5 offices all over Ireland and over 120 recruitment consultants. Our Healthcare division hire healthcare staff on a temporary and permanent basis for hospitals, nursing homes and hospice’s all over Ireland.

This role will involve:

– Administration

– Reporting

– Sourcing healthcare professionals

– Calling candidates

– Compliance checking and processing including Garda vetting

– Communicating with staff, providing uniforms, interviewing candidates

– Job specs and CV screening

– Holiday cover and cover when needed within our temp recruitment division

Full training provided.

Monday to Friday 9-5.30

Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential.

Previous experience in administration or HR is essential.

Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Bonus each month based on sales.
