Excel Recruitment are searching for a Healthcare Catering Manager for a healthcare facility in south Dublin.

We are looking to speak with hospitality professionals with a background in hospital, nursing home or other healthcare facility. This role is ideally suited to a Chef/Manager with healthcare experience looking to gain additional experience.

This role is for an initial 2 year contract and will include several change management projects throughout the time.

Requirements of Healthcare Catering Manager:

• Previous experience managing a team, leading, coaching, developing
• Sound understanding of catering kitchen and meal preparation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong financial understanding, including kitchen and front of house
• Working knowledge of Food Safety Systems and Health & Safety regulations
