Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals in line with dietary and nutritional guidelines
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Clean kitchen and service areas in accordance with HACCP and health & safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with clinical and catering teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in catering or a similar role
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
