Head Chef – Belfast City Centre Bar

We’re looking for a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our clinets busy kitchen in the heart of Belfast city centre. This is a hands-on role for a creative chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can inspire a small, dedicated team.

About the Role

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency
• Develop seasonal menus and specials that showcase fresh, local ingredients
• Manage and motivate a small team of chefs and kitchen assistants
• Oversee ordering, budgeting, stock control, and food safety compliance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a busy gastro pub, bar, or restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about food, flavour, and presentation
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and HACCP procedures
• Calm under pressure and committed to delivering high standards every service
