Night Manager – Co. Kerry

Excel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Night Manager on behalf of our client’s busy convenience store in Co. Kerry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on retail professional to join a busy, customer-focused store and take responsibility for ensuring smooth and efficient operations during night-time trading hours.

Salary: €30k – €40k

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store during night shifts
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation at all times
• Supervise, support, and motivate the night team to achieve operational targets
• Manage cash handling, store security, and end-of-day procedures
• Maintain stock levels, merchandising, and product availability overnight
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or convenience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions confidently
• A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work night shifts on a full-time basis
