Fresh Food Area Manager – Leinster

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Fresh Food Area Manager for our client, a well-established grocery retail business with stores across Leinster. Thanks to their sustained growth and success, they are seeking a Fresh Food Area Manager to lead fresh food teams across multiple sites.

Salary package: €50k – €60k

As Fresh Food Area Manager, you will manage daily fresh food operations across their Leinster sites, driving Health and Safety, Food Safety, and operational standards. You will liaise with suppliers and manage your team to maximise participation and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Leading site staff and management to drive sales, margin, participation and profitability
• Developing and promoting new and innovative fresh food concepts
• Implementing and maintaining HACCP and Health and Safety standards across all sites
• Supporting sites in preparation for external audits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fresh food management across multiple sites
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety requirements
• An assertive leader with a flexible approach
• Full driver’s license necessary
